Ashli and Jared’s 1st Anniversary Dinner!

Ashli thought of the perfect surprise to celebrate her 1st Anniversary with her husband, Jared and that was to have Cutting Edge cater it! What a beautiful evening it turned out to be. They got to enjoy a fresh prepared meal by Chef Sean. Bread salad with rustic cut cucumber, shallots, roma tomatoes, baby bella’s, avocado, sweet peppers, sun-dried tomatoes, feta cheese, carrot, olives and jumbo garlic croutons, tossed with zesty oregano vinaigrette. Stuffed Ribeye with butter poached lobster filling, Forie Fras-Truffe Hollandaise sauteed asparagus, sunburst squash and young zucchini with creamy Au Gratin potatoes…YUM! Ending with Cutting Edge cheesecake and chocolate dipped strawberries.  Happy 1st Anniversary Ashli and Jared!!!

Gasparilla Weekend!

Cutting Edge catered for Maritime this past weekend for Gasparilla! What an amazing view they have from their office. Perfect party spot for the Gasparilla Invasion! ARRRRR

Charity: Santa at the Children’s home!

Cutting Edge Custom Catering along with TampaJet had an opportunity to share a special moment with the kids at the Children’s Home in Tampa. Santa came on his helicopter sled and gave each child a stocking filled with many gifts! They were so happy to see Santa come visit them this holiday.
